I had the pleasure of collaborating with the Discord crew on a collection of employee anniversary pins — a way to celebrate milestones and tenure. I developed a system where each work anniversary unlocks a new pin: an item or piece of equipment earned as you advance. It turns tenure into a personal quest to collect 'em all!

Years 1–4 are gifted a "Standard Item". Years 5–9, an "Advanced Item" and Years 10–14, a "Secret Rare Item". And if you're gnarly enough to make it 15 years, a "Legendary Item".

As a way to announce the new anniversary pins internally, it felt fitting to design a classic item select screen with a Discord vibe.
