Discord hosts an annual Hack Week where employees explore a wide range of ideas across the company. Some of those ideas cross the finish line and ship into the product or the business. And if you're one of the lucky few, you're presented with this here "Shipped Award."

We didn't want it to feel like your typical gold/silver trophy. Instead, it's a display piece — something to showcase on your desk or bookshelf that carries a sense of playfulness.

Final render sent off to be resin printed

With a name like the "Shipped Award", we kind of always knew it would be boat related but I had to explore all kinds of directions and possibilities juuuuust in case something else felt more fitting.
